Obviously, most of the sports practised here in Conil tend to be centered around the water.

For those who enjoy surfing, La Roche beach is probably the best as it is one of the few on the coast that has big waves.
Hill walking is also very popular in this area. There are dozens of marked routes that go through some of the many pine forests that surround the town, or for those who are slightly more adventurous there are more difficult routes in and around the Sierra. Also, falling in line with local traditions, Conil is the perfect spot for a bit of Tuna fishing. Boats can be rented from Puerto Roche, the recently constructed port for Conil.
